The opening of Maryland Live! Casino! was a hit! Thousands of people, from high rollers to curiosity seekers, came out to try the slots, electronic table games, new eateries and get with familiar with the new, stylish furniture of Maryland’s newest and biggest casino!
Maryland Live! Casino is located at Arundel Mills. People waited for hours just to get in for the grand opening. The night started with about 5,000 visitors and grew to about 15,000 before end of the night.
Marylanders are elated that they won’t have to drive as far any more to enjoy their favorite casino games. Some Marylanders use to go as far as Atlantic City just to play a few games.
At the casino you will find baccarat and roulette wheels. You will find dice games, blackjack and three-card poker as well.
The casino is planning on adding designer shopping and a live entertainment venue in upcoming weeks as well.
A casino this size is a great addition to Maryland. About Two-thirds of the revenue take will go to the state and be used for education spending, local impact grants and other state purposes.
